When you’re not a real estate agent, you’re a builder

When it comes to real estate, there are no shortcuts.

“The difference between an agent and builder is that you’re really trying to sell and to make money.

And if you’re doing it well, then it’s going to be good.” 

You’ll also need to be able to negotiate, and be able tell when it’s time to cut your losses.

“If you want a property that’s going for a good price, and you want it to be yours, you’ve got to be ready to sell,” said the managing partner of The property centre, Gerry Murphy. 

Murphy said that it can also be a challenge to find a property at a reasonable price, which is why it’s important to have the right qualifications.

“You can do a lot better than an agent,” he said.

“When you sell a property you have a property manager, and then a broker who you go and negotiate with,” said Gerry Murphy in an interview with The Property Center. 

He said that the broker will ask you questions, and will give you information. 

That information is then put in the building documents.

“Then the building manager goes and makes a proposal for the buyer,” he continued. 

So, what do you do if you want your property for sale? 

“It’s all about negotiation,” Murphy said. 

 “Negotiating is when you ask the seller, ‘What do you want?'”

Murphy continued to explain. 

Then the broker is in charge of negotiating. 

But you can’t just walk in and say, ‘Look, I’ve got the perfect house.

Let’s sell.’
