The Amazon Echo speaker may not be as ubiquitous as the Amazon Fire TV, but it’s still a smart device that can be used for many different kinds of home automation.
And the smart speaker will soon be available in more markets, including Japan, China, and more.
The company has been releasing a lot of Echo speakers recently, and now the company is finally offering a home speaker for Amazon Echo owners in Japan.
The Echo Mini 2, which will sell for 4,999 yen (about $460) when it goes on sale on August 25, is the second smart speaker for Echo owners, and will have an audio quality of “excellent” or “very good,” according to Amazon.
It will also have a number of features that make it a smart speaker, including the ability to read and control the speaker from the Alexa voice assistant.
Other Echo speakers that have been launched in Japan include the Echo Dot, Echo Dot Plus, and Echo Dot XL.
These smart speakers are also coming to more markets later this year.
For now, you can get the Echo Mini II in Japan at Amazon Japan, which includes a shipping price of 3,800 yen (around $430).
